Equipment selection method:

1. Select based on the total projected area (S) of the oil fume hood:

S (m2) × 2000=smoke exhaust air volume=oil fume purifier processing air volume, and then determine the equipment model based on the total air volume.

2. According to the selection of stove eyes:

Each standard stove eye (diameter=350mm) has an air volume of 2000m3/h, and the total processing air volume is equal to the number of stove eyes multiplied by 2000. The equipment model is then determined based on the total air volume.

3. According to the original fan matching selection:

The selected purifier model is matched with the original matching fan air volume.

The above three selection methods are based on the maximum air volume calculation value. When using a water transport hood in the kitchen, the design air volume of the purifier should be increased by 20% to ensure smoke exhaust effect.
