A high resin content is necessary to make the equipment more temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and have a long service life.

It consists of an inlet section, a pressure chamber, a bubble tank, two spray sections, a swirl plate, and an outlet cone cap. The exhaust gas enters the absorption and neutralization liquid in the storage tank through bubbles to produce bubbles, allowing the gas-liquid to fully contact and improve the purification efficiency; Then it enters the spray layer, which uses double-layer packing and two sprays to ensure full contact between gas and liquid and improve purification efficiency. The acid mist exhaust gas treatment and purification tower is equipped with fiberglass centrifugal fans and water pumps, and the materials are optional. When the air volume exceeds 10000 cubic meters, adding a water pump can meet the technical requirements.
