Fiberglass oily wastewater equipment

With the growth of the economy and population, the pollution of nature has been increasingly valued by human beings. Based on the summary of the operation of sewage treatment equipment, combined with our company's own scientific research achievements and artificial practice, we have designed an organic wastewater treatment device. The equipment adopts advanced processes and manufacturing technologies from the late 1990s at home and abroad, mainly made of fiberglass and stainless steel materials. Its main purpose is to meet the requirements of user discharge or reuse of domestic and industrial wastewater through this equipment. This device is mainly used by manufacturers and units for the treatment of small-scale wastewater in residential communities (including villa communities), high-end hotels, hospitals, comprehensive office buildings, printing and dyeing factories, chemical plants, etc. The effluent quality treated by this equipment meets the national standard for comprehensive sewage discharge, and the entire set of equipment can be buried underground, hence it is called the "buried sewage treatment complete set of equipment".
2、 Characteristics
1. The WSZ type sewage treatment equipment is buried below the surface, and the surface above the equipment can be greened. It does not require building, heating, or thermal treatment. Equipment with a water volume of less than 5t/h can be made of fiberglass or A3 steel plate for corrosion prevention.
2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts blast aeration, with a small volume of activated sludge and good adaptability to water quality. The effluent water quality is stable and does not produce sludge swelling.
3. The reaction tank adopts the biological contact oxidation method, which only requires discharging the sludge once every three months (90 days) or more (using a manure truck to suction or dehydrate it into a sludge cake for external transportation).
4. The entire processing equipment generally does not require dedicated management, only timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.
5. Has strong adaptability to small changes in water quality.
6. No need to compress the container. Equipment such as air compressors and circulation pumps greatly reduce investment costs.
7. Low required power, minimal maintenance and manual operation, WSZ is an aerobic process that solves the problem of odor generated by sludge.
