Product Introduction:
1. Valve body:
a) The valve body adopts a full bore design, and a fully open ball valve is a straight through pipeline, so the resistance of the valve body to the medium is very small, and there is almost no pressure loss of the medium passing through the valve body.
2. Valve core:
a) Adopting a fixed valve core design, it has small opening and closing torque, flexible opening, and stable operation.
b) The spherical surface undergoes high-precision machining and special hardening treatment, which can achieve zero leakage when matched with the valve seat.
3. Valve seat:
a) The valve seat adopts a movable dual valve sealing seat, which enables the valve to achieve bidirectional sealing. The movable valve seat has an automatic compensation effect on the wear of the sealing pair, so the valve seat and valve core are always tightly combined, making the valve have a long service life. At the same time, the tightly fitting sealing pair has good shear ability and self-cleaning function.
4. 阀杆：
a) The upper and lower valve stems are fixed with dual bearings, which have extremely high rotational accuracy and stability. The contact area between the bearing and the valve stem is large, the bearing capacity is high, and the friction coefficient is small, which greatly reduces the torque of the valve.
b)The bearing adopts special self-lubricating bearings, which have strong wear resistance and self-lubricating function, avoiding the situation of valve stem bearing biting during long-term use of the valve.
