Floating centrifugal aeratorThe design of the mixed air chamber involves strong water flow and air mixing and spraying, resulting in uniform stirring. 1、 The function of aerator
Aeration machine is an important equipment in sewage treatment. Its main function is to provide oxygen required by the water body, enhance the oxidation-reduction ability in sewage, decompose polluted organic substances, and improve treatment efficiency. Specifically, the aerator serves the following purposes:
1. Adding air to sewage: The aerator sends air into the sewage through an air pump to provide necessary oxygen, promote the redox reaction of the water body, and accelerate the degradation of pollutants.
2. Promote microbial growth: The oxygen provided by the aerator can promote the growth and reproduction of bacteria. Bacteria can decompose pollutants in wastewater, convert them into inorganic substances, and further degrade pollutants in water bodies.
3. Reduce COD and BOD values: Aeration machines can reduce COD and BOD values in water bodies, improve water quality, and achieve the goal of environmental protection.
2、 Working principle of aerator
The working principle of an aerator is to provide air through an air pump and send it into water through an aerator, thereby achieving the purpose of providing oxygen, promoting microbial growth, and degrading organic matter.
An aerator usually consists of an air pump, aerator, and aeration tube. When the air pump is working, it sucks in air and compresses it before sending it into the aerator. An aerator is a special structure that gradually releases air into the water through an aeration tube. The interaction between air in water and pollutant molecules in the water promotes the decomposition and degradation of organic matter, thereby improving the efficiency of sewage treatment.
Under normal circumstances, the aerator needs to ensure sufficient air supply, and the speed of air entering the sewage should be appropriate to ensure sewage treatment efficiency and effluent quality.
