Overview
The horizontal flow generated by the submersible mixer in the oxidation ditch of the sedimentation tank prevents sludge sedimentation, enhances the circulation and mixing of microorganisms and the mixed solution, and ensures the flow of denitrifying bacteria. The denitrification stage does not allow the introduction of additional oxygen. Therefore, the installation and operation of the thruster avoid the formation of surface waves and eddies.
Product Details

Submersible mixer for sedimentation tank oxidation ditcheffect

1. Improving oxygen transfer efficiency: Aeration is a fundamental means of maintaining normal metabolism of aerobic microorganisms, and the oxygen transfer efficiency of underwater aeration systems is directly related to water depth. By using a submersible mixer in the aeration tank to design it as a continuous circulation flow tank, the path of releasing "bubbles" from the aeration head will be changed under the action of the circulation flow rate, increasing the "oxygen transfer depth" and improving the oxygen transfer efficiency.

2. Convenient grid division and segmented processing: When the volume of a single grid pool is small, each grid can be designed as a square or circular plane, and a submersible mixer can be placed in the middle of each grid.

3. Improving water quality: In many polluted water bodies and deep treatment ponds used for sewage treatment, water quality improvement often encounters problems such as deep water, slow water flow, and insufficient surface oxygenation to meet the dissolved oxygen requirements in deep water areas. A submersible mixer can be set up for "artificial respiration" to improve the overall water quality in deep water areas. This "artificial respiration" technology is a simple and effective means of improving water quality.

Submersible mixer for sedimentation tank oxidation ditchSubmersible mixers are mainly used for mixing, stirring, and circulating in municipal, industrial, and urban residential sewage treatment processes, such as activated sludge tanks, biological reaction tanks, mixing tanks, sludge storage wells, equalization tanks, sewage tanks, etc; Maintenance equipment for landscape water environment, creating water flow; Increase oxygen content in water and improve water quality; Effectively prevent the deposition of suspended solids and other situations.

The main uses of submersible mixers in sewage treatment projects are as follows:

(1) Hydraulic circulation: In anaerobic tanks, anoxic tanks, oxidation ditches, and other tanks, only the necessary circulation flow rate needs to be provided to maintain the suspension of the mixed liquid in the tank, allowing microorganisms to fully contact with the substrate. The energy input through the agitator forms a continuous circulating water flow. This design not only effectively maintains the suspension of the mixed liquid, but also generates a huge dilution and homogenization ability due to the fact that the flow rate of the circulating water in the tank is usually tens or even hundreds of times higher than the inlet flow rate. Therefore, this reactor has excellent process characteristics that can withstand impact loads.

(2) Improving oxygen transfer efficiency: Aeration is a fundamental means of maintaining normal metabolism of aerobic microorganisms, and the oxygen transfer efficiency of underwater aeration systems is directly related to water depth. By using a submersible mixer in the aeration tank to design it as a continuous circulation flow tank, the path of releasing "bubbles" from the aeration head will be changed under the action of the circulation flow rate, increasing the "oxygen transfer depth" and improving the oxygen transfer efficiency. Adopting this design can usually increase the oxygen transfer efficiency of the aeration system by about 15%, and also save energy consumption and operating costs in sewage treatment.

(3) Convenient grid division and segmented processing: When the volume of a single grid tank is small, each grid can be designed as a square or circular plane, and a sewage treatment mixer can be installed in each grid.

(4) Improving water quality: In many polluted water bodies and deep treatment ponds used for sewage treatment, problems such as deep water depth, slow water flow, and inability to ensure dissolved oxygen requirements in deep water areas through surface oxygenation of water bodies are often encountered.
