The purpose of float type submersible aerator

This aerator is suitable for river treatment, lake water treatment, gas blasting tanks in sewage treatment plants, aeration sand settling tanks, oxygenation and mixing of sewage sludge mixtures, biochemical treatment of sewage or oxygenation of breeding tanks.

Precautions for transportation and use of floating submersible aerators

1. Do not use aerator cables to lift or suspend aerators. The processing or hanging aerator can be hooked onto the handle or top cover ring with a chain hook.

2. The float aerator is still in use or submerged in water and can continue to be used at temperatures below 0 ° C.

3. The grease or lubricant used in this device may leak due to the wear of the seals. At this point, please send the aerator to our maintenance department or commissioned repair point as soon as possible to replace the sealing ring, in order to avoid burning out the motor.

4. Do not move the inflator or pour water into it without cutting off the power supply. Safety must be ensured.

5. After installation, the float aerator cannot be immersed in water for a long time. It is recommended to run for at least 4 hours every half month to check its functionality and adaptability, or to store it in a dry place for backup.

6. The float aerator should not be placed outside the sewage inlet. If the submersible sinks due to vibration when placed on soil or floating sand, it is recommended to suspend or place the inflator on a larger base plate.
