The WNG series concentration tank scraper is driven by a suspended center and consists of a vertical reducer with an electric motor, a rotary bearing with external teeth, a main shaft, a scraper arm, a scraper, a concentration grid, a steady flow cylinder, a control cabinet, etc. The scraper arm rotates around the central axis of the pool under the drive of the transmission device, and the scraper on the scraper arm pushes the sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool from the outside to the inside towards the collection pit at the center of the pool.

During operation, if the scraper or scraper arm gets stuck or accumulates too much mud due to unexpected reasons, the transmission may become over twisted. When the torque reaches the set value, the over twist protection mechanism will activate, cut off the power supply, and automatically sound an alarm to stop the machine.

5、 Key operating points of WNG concentration tank suspended center drive scraper

1. Preparation before startup: Check whether the gearbox has been refueled to the normal oil level and whether there are any foreign objects stuck on the water surface during operation. There should be no wooden blocks or other foreign objects on the water surface to avoid malfunctions during operation.

2. Connect the motor power supply and check the forward and reverse rotation.

3. After one month of use, the oil in the gearbox needs to be changed once, and only once a year thereafter.

4. During the operation of the equipment, regular attention should be paid to whether it is running normally. If any problems are found, the operation should be stopped in a timely manner for inspection.

5. It is strictly prohibited to place hands on the track during the operation of the slag collector.
