We offer three types of standard enclosures to accommodate control and display in three different situations. At the same time, up to three ComEx shells can be combined together according to your needs. The size of the wire entry head can be M20x1.5 or M25x1.5. The material can be plastic or metal. The plastic introduction head is directly threaded and does not require tightening nuts. The metal introduction head is fixed by a metal grounding plate inside the box. One operation column can have up to two M20 wire entry heads. For the convenience of on-site operation, each plastic shell is equipped with a license plate.

1. Under normal working conditions, be sure to cut off the power before opening the operation column! Otherwise, property or personal injury accidents may occur. If it is necessary to power on while opening the front cover of the operation column display box, the hazardous factors on site should be eliminated in advance (i.e. the site should be temporarily a safe area).

2. Before wiring, carefully read the operating column manual.

3. Wiring should be carried out by qualified professionals.

4. In the operation column, the connecting cables from the instrument installation chamber to the wiring chamber should be reliably sealed through inter chamber sealing joints.

5. The operation column and external wiring are led out from the wiring block in the wiring chamber, and should be connected to the outside through the four sealed joints at the bottom of the explosion-proof display box. The external wiring of the operation column should comply with explosion-proof specifications. For unused sealed joints, a randomly carried metal gasket (metal disc) should be used to seal them.

6. The casing of the operating column should be reliably connected to the grounding post located in the safe area, with a grounding resistance of no more than 4 ohms and a connecting cable resistance of no more than 1 ohm.
