Adjusting the flow rate of a submersible axial flow pump mainly changes the performance of the axial flow pump, and the main purpose is to use the pump efficiently. 1Adjust the installation angle of the blades
The impeller of an axial flow pump has a huge hub, making it easy to install blades with adjustable angles. Some of them are integrated with the hub, making it difficult to adjust, and are mostly small pumps. The installation angle of blades is also divided into semi adjustable and fully adjustable. For semi adjustable blades, each blade can be disassembled and adjusted to be consistent according to requirements. Semi adjustable blades are less suitable, while fully adjustable blades can be adjusted with a specially designed angle mechanism, which can be directly operated without removing the impeller. Axial flow pumps are equipped with hydraulic or mechanical adjustment methods. Hydraulic adjustment has the advantage of large output torque and is generally used for large axial flow pumps. After adjusting the installation angle of the blades, the working performance of the axial flow pump is changed, as well as the flow rate, head, and power of the water pump.
2Adjust the speed
Once the speed of the axial flow pump is changed, the corresponding performance will also change, such as flow rate, head, etc. By adjusting the variable speed through a frequency converter, the water pump can operate in the high-efficiency zone. The operating power of the water pump can be adjusted according to different needs, and variable speed regulation has been increasingly applied in large axial flow pumps due to its convenience.
3Export valve adjustment
The axial flow pump and the outlet pipeline are connected in series, and the output pressure head of the water pump has not changed, only its flow curve has decayed. Nowadays, axial flow pumps generally do not use outlet valves to regulate flow rate
