Agitation chute is a type of equipment used for selecting sand and gold deposits. It is a new type of sand and gold ore selection equipment developed on the basis of ordinary fixed chutes. It combines the advantages of fixed chutes and jigs, overcoming the disadvantages of fixed chutes being prone to clogging and jigs having high production rates. The bottom plate of the agitation chute is made of rubber sheet, and the floor is mechanically agitated to slowly agitate the bottom plate, overcome sediment compaction, and effectively overcome the phenomenon of chute compaction, which can significantly improve the recovery rate of fine-grained gold. The main characteristics of the agitation chute are: good beneficiation effect, large processing capacity, low investment, high return rate, and simple principle. It is widely used in the selection of sand gold deposits, especially for capillary gold and thin gold crusts.
