1、 Working principle:
When the processed outdoor air enters the equipment, it first undergoes preliminary purification through a particulate matter filter layer to remove large particles. Then, harmful gases are adsorbed and decomposed through an activated carbon adsorption layer, converting them into harmless substances. Finally, further filtration through the particle filter layer can remove smaller fine particles. The fresh air processed in this way can achieve a higher purification standard.

3、 Precautions
1. The basic requirements for the fresh air fan are horizontal, sturdy, and the foundation height is ≥ 200mm.
2. The diameter of the outlet of the fresh air fan can only be increased and cannot be reduced. An insect proof net should be installed at the rear air outlet, and a wind and rain cap should be added when the air outlet is inclined upwards.
3. The steel bracket of the fresh air fan must be fixed on a concrete foundation, and a rubber damping pad must be added between the steel bracket of the fresh air fan and the foundation. All fan and motor components are installed on a single steel bracket, and the steel ground frame is installed on the vibration damping pad at the top of the foundation, which is made of porous rubber plate.
4. The fresh air fan and air duct are connected by flexible hoses (made of flexible materials and non combustible), with a length not less than 200mm and a diameter equal to the inlet and outlet dimensions of the fan. To ensure that the hose does not twist or deform during system operation, it should be installed with moderate tightness. For the canvas hose installed at the suction end of the fan, it can be installed slightly tighter to prevent it from being sucked in during fan operation and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose.
