Smoke filtration

The YK series electrostatic air purifier adopts a composite purification method of electrostatic filtration and dry filtration, specializing in the purification treatment of air pollutants such as oil mist, welding smoke, and oil fume, with a purification rate of over 95%. The wet dust generated during production and processing is first filtered out of large metal particles after pre filtration. Then, most of the wet gas is filtered out through a specially woven mesh filter. Under high pressure of 12kV, it is decomposed into positively charged ions and negatively charged ions, which are adsorbed on the collection plate under the action of the electric field in the collection area. The electrostatic filter can process oil mist particles as small as 0.1 µ m.
