1、 Selection steps for fresh air system

1. Select different installation types of fresh air ventilators based on the structural characteristics of the building

2. Determine the appropriate fresh air volume based on room usage, area, and number of internal personnel

3. Select the specifications and quantity of equipment based on the determined fresh air volume, and determine the required fresh air indicators for civil comfort air conditioning rooms

Note: When determining the required fresh air volume for a room, it should be considered based on the size of the room and the overall number of indoor occupants. According to the recommended data in the table above, calculate the fresh air volume value based on the required fresh air volume per person and the number of room fresh air changes. Take the larger of the two as the basis for equipment selection.

2. For special industries such as hospitals (operating rooms, special wards), laboratories, and industrial workshops, the required fresh air volume should be determined according to the relevant design specifications of the industry.

3、 Installation and maintenance instructions

1. When installing with a suspended ceiling, maintenance space must be reserved according to the size of the unit;

2. The air duct leading to the outside should maintain a slope to prevent rainwater from flowing back;

3. The core of the heat exchanger should be cleaned once a year by using a vacuum cleaner to remove surface dust;

4. The fresh air and exhaust filters should be cleaned with clean water and detergent after six months of operation, and the cleaning cycle should be shortened in dusty areas;

5. When the unit is used in cold regions, insulation measures should be taken at the fresh air inlet and air duct of the unit;

6. The unit should generally be installed indoors. If installed outdoors, shading and rain protection facilities should be installed, and all outdoor air ducts must be insulated.
