Fully automatic dissolved air flotation machineThe pollutants in sewage are divided into dissolved organic matter and insoluble substances (i.e. SS). Dissolved organic matter can be converted into non soluble substances under certain conditions. One of the methods of sewage treatment is to add coagulants and flocculants to convert most of the dissolved organic matter into non soluble substances, and then remove all or most of the non soluble substances (i.e. SS) to achieve the purpose of purifying sewage. The main method of removing SS is to use air flotation.
It is mainly used as an important equipment for water/material (water and other substances) separation. It mainly uses small bubbles or tiny bubbles generated by dissolved air flotation machines to form impurities in the water that are lighter than the weight of water and float up. After the floating slag accumulates to a certain thickness on the surface of the air flotation tank, it is scraped into the sludge tank of the air flotation machine by a scraper, enters the floating slag channel, and then discharged into the sludge tank.
Fully automatic dissolved air flotation machineUsage characteristics:
1. Dissolved air flotation machines are widely used in various industrial wastewater treatments and have achieved good wastewater treatment results. They can quickly and effectively solve the problem of difficult to precipitate light flocs, flocculent colloidal substances, oil substances, etc. in wastewater;
2. The dissolved air flotation machine has strong sewage treatment capacity, high efficiency, and small footprint. The process and equipment composition are simple, and the automation operation, use, and maintenance are convenient and simple;
3. It can eliminate the expansion of sludge, and the aeration time into the water can effectively remove surfactants and odors. At the same time, aeration increases the dissolved oxygen in the water, providing conditions for subsequent sewage treatment.
