Overview
The G/Y6-51D boiler centrifugal supply and induced draft fan is mainly suitable for the supply and induced draft fan systems of 2-670t/h steam boilers in thermal power plants, and also meets the requirements of high pressure head performance parameters for fluidized bed boilers. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation, and general ventilation systems. The range of high-efficiency operating conditions is wide, and the machine numbers are arranged densely, making it easy to select high-efficiency operating points. The medium conveyed by the air feeder is air, while the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas or gas containing impurity particles. When the impurity concentration is less than 200mg/m ³, it can be used for more than four years. If it contains high impurities, it can also be used, but the service life is relatively shortened. The maximum operating temperature of the induced draft fan shall not exceed 250 ° C.
Product Details
1）The air supply fan and induced draft mechanism are designed in a single suction form. There are a total of 40 specifications for machine numbers N.8-29.5, with 20 machine numbers each.
2) Each type of fan can be made into two forms: left rotation or right rotation.
3）The position of the fan outlet is represented by the outlet angle of the casing.
4）The transmission mode of the fan is D-type (i.e. cantilever structure), and both the motor and the fan are connected by elastic couplings for direct transmission.
This series of fans adopts advanced proprietary technologies such as high-strength wear-resistant impellers, leak proof bearing housings, and articulated axial adjustment doors.
The range of high-efficiency operating conditions is wide, and the fan numbers are arranged closely, making it easy to select high-efficiency operating points.
Adopting adjustable air inlet. Adjust the axial and radial clearances of the air inlet and impeller during fan installation;
High strength wear-resistant impeller. The impeller adopts backward single plate blades to reduce airflow impact, have good stability, and the motor is not easily overloaded, greatly extending the service life of the fan. This type of fan has a high pressure coefficient, low circumferential speed, and low noise, making it practical.
Leak proof bearing box. The overlapping oil slinger is used to slinge the oil carried by the high-speed rotating bearing to the inner wall of the bearing box and return to the oil pool.
