GB4943.1 Appendix Figure V.1 Articulated Test Fixture is a testing device made in accordance with GB 4943.1-2022 "Audio, Video, Information Technology and Communication Technology Equipment Part 1: Safety Requirements", mainly used for electrical anti electric shock protection testing.

• purposeMainly used for inspecting electrical equipment to prevent human contact with dangerous live parts, hot parts, mechanical parts, and to inspect solid foreign objects entering the equipment. For devices that children may come into contact with, the articulated test specimen in Figure V.1 should be applied to the surface and openings of the device without significant force or in any possible orientation for relevant safety testing.

• Articulated test piece: The articulated test piece in Figure V.1 is used for testing equipment that children may come into contact with. It has multiple joints that simulate the movement of children's fingers. The main technical parameters include fingertip arc R3.5 ± 0.1mm, finger length 78 ± 0.3mm, total length 234 ± 0.3mm, etc.

• Non articulated test piece: Non articulated test piece is a straight, non articulated test piece corresponding to articulated test piece, usually used for auxiliary testing. When the hinged test piece cannot enter the hole, a non hinged test piece of the same size as the hinged test piece will be used to apply a certain force for further testing.
