1. Check for any looseness at the joints of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump and pipelines. Rotate the pump by hand to see if it is flexible, and then try to check the direction of the motor rotation.
2. Add bearing lubricating oil to the suspension and observe that the oil level is between the two markings on the oil gauge.
3. Unscrew the water inlet plug of the pump body and fill it with water.
4. Close the gate valve of the outlet pipe, the outlet pressure gauge, and the inlet vacuum gauge.
5. Start the motor, when the pump is running normally, check the outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge, and gradually open the gate valve according to the appropriate pressure displayed. At the same time, check the load condition of the motor.
6. Try to control the flow rate and head of the pump within the range indicated on the label of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, ensuring that the pump operates near the high-efficiency point in order to achieve the maximum energy-saving effect.
7. During the operation of a horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, the temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
8. If any abnormal noise is found in the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause.
9. When the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump needs to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

The impeller is made of cast iron and has blades inside. The liquid enters on one side along the axial direction. Due to the unequal pressure on the impeller before and after, there must be an axial force, which is borne by the balance plate. The impeller is manufactured through static balance testing.

(1) The pH value of the absorption tower slurry is the core of the wet desulfurization system reaction process. Increasing the pH value of the slurry and adjusting the desulfurization operating parameters in a timely manner due to excessive slurry density can easily cause scaling on the pipe wall or hinder the inlet filter screen. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the parameter status through data analysis to maintain it in an optimal state.
(2) Operators should improve their operational skills and equipment inspection quality. When the slurry circulation pump is stopped, pipeline flushing should be strengthened to prevent residual slurry in the pipeline. During equipment inspection, carefully observe the oil level, oil quality, cooling water return flow rate, and equipment appearance. Use thermometers and vibration meters to measure the temperature and vibration of the equipment. If any abnormalities are found in the equipment, decisive measures should be taken, such as adding lubricating oil to the bearing box or switching to the standby pump for operation. During the pump shutdown period, maintenance personnel should promptly repair the equipment, and warehouse personnel should prepare spare parts for the equipment to ensure timely replacement and normal operation.
(3) The process water system is an important guarantee for the operation of equipment. The slurry circulation pump requires cooling water for sealing and cooling, and the reducer also needs cooling water for cooling. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the process water system. The inlet filter screen of the process water pump can filter impurities, so that the pipeline can be unobstructed, and the service life of the mechanical seal dynamic and static rings can also be extended. The outlet of the process water pump maintains normal pressure in order to have sufficient water to cool down the equipment, and the sealing water in the machine seal can also better block the leakage of the slurry.
