working principle

The sensor adopts the principle of laser transmission. When particles in the water sample pass through the detection channel, the incident beam is blocked and weakened by the particles in the detection channel, and the light intensity detector generates a pulse signal. The amount of pulse signal reflects the number of particles, and the size of pulse signal reflects the size of particles.
