Overview

The intelligent online quality control system is a configuration module used to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and effectiveness of water quality online analysis instrument data. It can compensate for the calibration and process quality control of online monitoring data by water quality online analyzers. It can achieve quality control functions such as low/high standard drift detection, standard sample verification, spiked recovery rate testing, and parallel sample testing. According to the special needs of different users and water quality automatic stations, our company has specially developed two intelligent online quality control systems: GR-9370-1 and GR-9370-2. Used in conjunction with online water quality monitoring instruments to complete routine water sample testing, parallel sample testing, automatic spiked recovery rate testing, and other quality control operations. Expand quality control functions such as standard solution verification, zero point verification, and blind sample verification for analytical instruments that are not designed or lack corresponding quality control channels and functions.

working principle

The intelligent online quality control system completes the basic allocation of source water by receiving commands from the on-site control unit, and automatically completes various quality control operations according to quality control requirements and relevant information configuration. The sample supply unit of the intrinsic control system is designed with independent source water area and quality control sample configuration area. The quantitative configuration of relevant samples for spiked recovery rate testing is carried out through high-precision quantitative pumps, and the sample pathway is switched through intelligent integrated multi way valves to meet the quantitative testing requirements of different testing objectives.
