In municipal, chemical, papermaking, and other water treatment processes, water mixing is one of the key processes. Traditional mixing machinery is divided into two commonly used methods: vertical axis propeller type and horizontal (submersible) type.

The GSJ/QSJ series hyperbolic mixer is a product currently developed by our company. It is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, chemical engineering, energy, and light industry where solid, liquid, and gas exchange of liquids is required. It is particularly suitable for mixing and blending various abrasive and high-temperature media in wastewater treatment processes, such as coagulation tanks, regulating tanks, anaerobic tanks, aeration tanks, nitrification and denitrification tanks.

5、 Maintenance and upkeep of GSJ/QSJ hyperbolic mixer

1. After the new machine starts running for 200-300 hours, it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil of the gearbox and clean the internal oil stains. In the future, it can be replaced once every six months to a year. For details on the use of the deceleration motor, please refer to the manufacturer's user and maintenance manual.

2. Regularly check whether the locking nut and connecting bolts of the mixing shaft are loose.

3. Regularly check the swing of the mixing shaft and promptly remove any entanglement on the impeller and shaft.

4. Regularly inspect the transport components for any abnormal sounds and temperature rise.

5. Regularly check for any abnormal changes in current.

6. Before restarting the equipment after a long period of inactivity, the insulation of the motor should be checked to prevent the accumulation of sediment for a long time, which may cause difficulty in starting and damage the motor and impeller.
