working principle
Normally closed:
When the coil is powered on, the pilot valve core is attracted, the pilot hole is opened, the upper chamber of the valve is depressurized, the piston is pushed by the pressure of the lower chamber medium, and the solenoid valve is opened; When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the valve chamber is pressurized by the piston throttle hole and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.
Normally open:
When the coil is energized, the pilot hole closes, and the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, causing the solenoid valve to close. When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole opens, the upper chamber of the valve is depressurized, the piston is pushed by the pressure of the lower chamber medium, and the solenoid valve opens.
Installation Instructions
1. During installation, it should be noted that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. It cannot be installed in places with direct dripping or splashing water. The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upwards.
2. The solenoid valve should ensure normal operation within a fluctuation range of 15% -10% of the rated voltage of the power supply,
3. After the installation of the solenoid valve, there should be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. And it needs to be powered on several times to reach the appropriate temperature before it can be officially put into use.
