Digital display/control unit
The Multitronik program provides a unified menu and operating concept for displaying and controlling variables commonly required in fluid technology - temperature and pressure, as well as (if needed) liquid level. It is developed based on VDMA Einheitsblatt 245741 and provides a series of advantages for operators. The possibility of simply and effectively installing the equipment on the supporting track also reduces installation costs.

Electronic thermometer Thermotronik TT-77 digital temperature sensor
Oil electronic thermometer that can be displayed online or remotely. The display numerical control unit is based on a standard menu structure that complies with VDMA 245741, and provides freely programmable switch and continuous analog signals. The remote display CNC unit can be installed on a DIN 35mm slide rail.

For hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, viscosity changes that depend on temperature require close monitoring and stable operating temperature. In addition, careful temperature control also affects the service life of the oil. As a control point for oil temperature, the oil reservoir is widely accepted and typically produces a meaningful average value. In addition, it may also be meaningful to monitor additional parts or devices of the system.
The values determined from the measurement points must be consistently sent to the system controller. For safety reasons, it is recommended to display the current oil temperature at least on the oil reservoir. The temperature sensor TT-77F provides accurate measurement and display of oil temperature in a single device, and allows for diverse programming for display and signal output. The temperature sensor TT-77W consists of a temperature sensor and a display device for remote assembly according to an easy to install system, allowing for diverse programming for display and signal output. The extensive program of temperature sensors compatible with the system is tailored for use in the fields of hydraulic and lubrication technology.
