Greenhouse spray cooling equipment
The spray cooling equipment in the wet greenhouse uses the company's core water treatment technology to pressurize the tap water through (0.002 μ m physical technology treatment) and use a motor driven high-pressure pump to spray water out through a special pipe and nozzle. After mixing with the air, it absorbs the heat in the air instantly, so that it can be distributed to achieve the spray cooling effect. Control the operation and stop of the motor through an electrical control system. Mist droplets with a diameter of micrometers are generated from the nozzle, which disperse in the air and evaporate, taking away the surrounding heat and achieving a cooling effect.
Control method:
Fully automatic intelligent control. According to the indoor real-time temperature detection device, the detected data is transmitted to the microcomputer intelligent controller provided by the host of the greenhouse spray cooling equipment. The intelligent controller calculates the temperature in the greenhouse and the start and stop of the spray equipment, without the need for personnel to watch.
