The grid bar of the grid chain baffle is placed in the middle position of the tooth rake traction chain (other mechanical grids are placed below the traction chain), which changes the direction of movement of the tooth rake during the cleaning process (opposite to other grids).

Characteristics of grid bar grid chain baffle:

(1) The chain of the cleaning machine is made of stainless steel material, and the small wheel of the chain is also made of stainless steel material; The underwater guiding part of the chain adopts a sliding track method, which does not require lubricating oil, making the chain less likely to be stuck by dirt.

(2) The driving device is equipped with a protective cover, which not only meets the requirements of outdoor installation, but also facilitates inspection and maintenance;

(3) A chain plate is installed between the chain and the rake teeth, forming a closed structure with the angle steel of the water blocking edge of the equipment, making the rake chain a closed chain, thereby preventing garbage from entering the machine's running track and preventing chain infarction and other faults;

(4) When the toothed rake chain reaches the rear of the equipment, relative displacement occurs between the toothed rakes, performing self-cleaning motion, and the slag falls into the slag trolley. Therefore, there will be no blockage, so the daily maintenance workload is minimal and there will be no dead corners where dirt accumulates at the bottom of the grille.

(5) When installing the equipment, seal the two sides in contact with the ditch wall with rubber sealing tape and fix them with steel pressure strips; There is a flat plate and rubber sealing tape in front of the bottom rake chain to achieve sealing between the equipment and the civil engineering, preventing the leakage of impurities in the water.

(6) There are maintenance holes on both sides of the upper part of the equipment. Even if the rake teeth and other components are damaged due to large debris, they only need to be replaced on the work platform without underwater maintenance, which does not affect the water flow rate.
