Grille bar rake teeth

The grid bar rake teeth chain rotates in the opposite direction of water flow. When the chain reaches the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid materials fall down by gravity.

The main characteristics of the grating rake teeth are:

1. Due to the placement of the grid bar in the middle of the tooth rake traction chain (with other mechanical grids placed below the traction chain), the direction of movement of the tooth rake during the cleaning process is changed (opposite to other grids), avoiding bringing hard objects into the bottom and causing the tooth rake and traction chain to get stuck;

2. An overload safety protection device is installed on the sprocket plate at the output shaft end of the reducer to prevent damage to the equipment due to accidental overload;

3. Due to the fact that the rotary chain of the grid machine is equipped with multiple cleaning teeth and rakes, the cleaning efficiency is high;

4. Compact structure, simple electrical control, easy to achieve automation.
