1Guangdong Pingyuan tubular ultraviolet sterilizerProduct Introduction:
The working principle of JG type ultraviolet sterilizer is to use ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 225nm-275nm to kill microorganisms and purify water. When the water flows through the sterilizer and is irradiated with ultraviolet light, the bacteria in the water are killed by the ultraviolet sterilizer.

1. The ultraviolet sterilizer has fast sterilization speed and good effect, does not change the physical and chemical properties of water, does not increase the odor of water, and does not produce carcinogenic trichloromethane. Once installed, it is easy to operate and manage.
2. The body of the ultraviolet sterilizer is made of high-quality food grade stainless steel plate, with a service life 5-10 times that of aluminum alloy products, high pressure resistance, and no metal ion pollution.
3. The ultraviolet sterilization lamp tube is selected from professional products identified by the national health and epidemic prevention departments. It has a low voltage of 300000 and a main spectral line of 235.7nm. This wavelength of ultraviolet sterilization has the highest sterilization rate, reaching over 98%, and has low energy consumption. Its continuous service life can reach more than 3000 hours.

IIIScope of application:
Suitable for small-scale water supply systems using rivers, lakes, ponds, and well water as sources, especially those using high-level water tanks and water storage tanks. Installing ultraviolet disinfectors at the outlets of high-level water tanks and storage tanks can effectively solve the problem of excessive harmful bacteria caused by secondary pollution, and is also suitable for water disinfection in the food, beverage, liquor industry, and swimming pools.


4Installation and debugging:
1. UV sterilizers should be installed horizontally (vertical installation is strictly prohibited).
2. The cylinder of the ultraviolet sterilizer shall not withstand external pressure.
3. The ultraviolet sterilizer should be installed at the outlet of the water tank or tower. If the water volume is large, the water pressure is high, or the pipeline network is too long, it is better to install it on the water supply main (branch) pipe close to the user.
4. Extending outward from both ends of the ultraviolet sterilizer, there should be a space of ≥ 1 meter and ≥ 0.4 meters respectively for easy replacement of the lamp tube. A 0.6 meter accessible space should be left in front of the control panel of the ultraviolet sterilizer for easy maintenance.
5. Regardless of whether one or more ultraviolet disinfectors are used in parallel, bypass pipelines and shut-off valves should be installed for maintenance purposes.
6. Reasonably choose the installation location and pay attention to the waterproofing and moisture resistance of the electrical control part.
7. Select power sockets, wires, or terminal blocks to connect according to the voltage and power indicated on the nameplate.
8. Quartz glass sleeves and ultraviolet lamps are valuable and fragile items, and should be avoided from being bumped during transportation, installation, and use.

2. The sterilization efficiency depends on the transparency, impurities, and temperature of the water body, with a minimum of 99.9% or special design.

3. Manual or automatic cleaning devices can be configured according to customer needs.

The best conditions for using ultraviolet sterilizers (UV sterilizers)

(1) Water temperature: 5 ℃~60 ℃; Operating environment temperature: -5 ℃~50 ℃; Relative humidity around: not exceeding 93% (at a temperature of 25 ℃)

(2) Voltage: AC 220V ± 10V, 50Hz.

(3) Drinking water: The water entering the treatment equipment has a transmittance (T254) of 1cm, ranging from 95% to 100%; When the original water quality is lower than the national drinking water standard (such as chromaticity higher than 15 degrees, turbidity higher than 5 degrees, iron content higher than 0.3 milligrams per liter), other purification and filtration methods should be used first to purify it to meet the standard, and then use UV-C water treatment equipment for purification.

(4) Aquaculture water: Fresh water and seawater treated and filtered by sand filtration or other equipment.

(5) Wastewater: According to sterilization requirements, the transmittance (T254) of water entering the treatment equipment at 1cm is ≥ 40%; Other requirements must meet the second level standards in the national "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard" GB8978-1996.

Maintenance and upkeep of ultraviolet sterilizer equipment

(1) Regularly check to ensure the normal operation of the UV lamp.

(2) After continuous use for 9000 hours or one year, the ultraviolet lamp tube should be replaced to ensure a high sterilization rate. Please pay special attention to keeping the ultraviolet light on continuously, as repeated turning on and off can seriously affect the service life of the lamp.

(3) When replacing the ultraviolet lamp, first unplug the lamp power socket and take out the ultraviolet lamp. When replacing the new lamp tube, be careful not to touch the quartz glass of the new lamp tube with your fingers, as stains can affect the sterilization light. At the same time, carefully place the lamp tube into the stainless steel sterilizer.

(4) If there are substances with hardness (calcium or magnesium), iron or manganese in the water, then the quartz tube needs to be cleaned regularly. After cleaning the quartz tube, special plastic gloves should be worn to carefully install the quartz tube into the reactor. After installing the sealing ring, check for any water leakage, plug in the power supply, and ensure that the detection lamp emits stable light.

Note: Ultraviolet radiation has a strong killing effect on bacteria and can also cause certain harm to the human body. The most vulnerable part of the human body is the eyes, so it is not advisable to look directly at lit lamps at any time to avoid injury.

7、 Installation precautions for ultraviolet sterilizer (UV sterilizer) equipment

1. The ultraviolet sterilization device should be placed in a place that is easy to clean and inspect.

2. For the convenience of replacing accessories and installing ultraviolet sterilization devices, there should be a certain amount of space on both sides of the device, depending on the specific model.

3. Do not allow equipment to freeze.

4. It is recommended to use an environment temperature not exceeding 60 ℃.

5. When using power sources other than 200V/50Hz, please consult the seller first.

6. The maximum working pressure of the UV sterilizer is 1.2mpa
