The HBNH-2 online ammonia nitrogen analyzer automatically completes water sample collection through the control of an embedded industrial computer system. The water sample is subjected to constant temperature and pH adjustment before entering the reaction chamber. The ammonia sensing electrode detects a voltage related to ammonia concentration, which is amplified by a high impedance amplifier and transmitted to an embedded industrial computer. After data processing, embedded industrial computers display ammonia nitrogen concentration values and store, process, and transmit data.
The HBNH-2 online ammonia nitrogen analyzer can achieve continuous measurement, timed measurement, and periodic measurement, with fast response speed and wide measurement range, suitable for measuring ammonia nitrogen content in domestic sewage, industrial pollution sources, and surface water.
Adopting a large screen LCD display, it can intuitively display the measurement process, measurement results, reports, and measurement result curves.
Using a large capacity electronic hard drive, it can store 10 years of historical data (calculated based on 24 data records per day).
Regular automatic calibration of the working curve can ensure long-term accurate measurement.
It has a power-off protection function. If the instrument accidentally loses power during operation, it can automatically restore its original operating state after being powered on again, and the instrument parameters will not be lost after power failure.
Compatible with various standard data collectors.
Can be connected to an external micro printer to print monitoring data.
The instrument has RS232 communication interface, optional data collector and other accessories, which can accurately transmit measurement results, and also realize remote parameter modification and remote startup.
After selecting the corresponding data collector and GSM communication module accessories, the instrument can be remotely monitored through GSM short message.
