The HBTNi-1 online total nickel analyzer uses an industrial computer to automatically control water sample collection, dosing, constant temperature heating digestion, and photoelectric colorimetric analysis, completing the entire process of total nickel analysis quickly and continuously. The instrument can independently complete the analysis of total nickel in wastewater, and can also be connected to other microcomputer systems to achieve total nickel control in water. This instrument can be widely used for measuring total nickel in surface water and industrial wastewater.
The HBTNi-1 online total nickel analyzer adopts the dimethylglyoxime photoelectric colorimetric method. Under the control of a microcomputer, the water sample is mixed with an acid solution and refluxed at 120 ℃ for a certain period of time. The suspended nickel in the water is completely dissolved, and then neutralized with an alkaline solution. In an ammonia solution, in the presence of an oxidant, nickel reacts with butanedione oxime to form a wine red complex. The chromaticity of this compound is proportional to the total nickel content. The voltage related to chromaticity is detected by photoelectric colorimetry, and the total nickel value is calculated by curve lookup.
The instrument adopts a large screen LCD display, which can intuitively display the measurement process, measurement results, reports, and measurement result curves.
Using a large capacity electronic hard drive, it can store 10 years of historical data (calculated based on 24 data records per day).
The instrument unexpectedly loses power during operation, but it can automatically restore its original operating state after being powered on again, and the instrument parameters will not be lost after power failure.
After setting the remaining amount of reagents, the instrument stops running and alarms when the remaining amount of reagents is below the lower limit.
Realize remote current output and be compatible with various standard data collectors.
Optional accessories such as data collectors can accurately transmit measurement results and enable remote parameter modification and startup.
Can be connected to an external micro printer to print detection data.
Low reagent usage, low failure rate, and no need for frequent maintenance.
