Overview
The HBUNB series gas burners are available in multiple models including 2t, 4t, 6t, 10t, 15t, and 20t. Adopting partial premixing, fuel grading, air grading, and flue gas recirculation technologies, the core components adopt Siemens high safety level controllers. By designing the burner reasonably, optimizing the combustion chamber flow field, reducing combustion temperature, and ensuring combustion stability, the goal of reducing NOx emissions is achieved. After repeated CFD simulations and extensive on-site testing, all emission data have met the standards, and the emission indicators have reached advanced levels both domestically and internationally. The nitrogen oxide emissions are as low as 30mg/m3 or below, which complies with the newly released Beijing Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards in 2015.

The burner adopts a dedicated combustion controller to monitor in real-time the design safety factors such as gas pressure, air duct pressure, damper position, combustion flame, boiler water level, etc., ensuring combustion safety.

  • The burner adopts three electronic ratio adjustment, which precisely controls the gas volume, air volume, and recirculation flue gas volume, ensuring the air-fuel ratio of the burner at different loads, achieving continuous adjustable burner load, and ensuring the stability of combustion and NOx emissions under different loads.
