The HBUV-1 ultraviolet absorption online monitoring instrument is a water quality online analysis instrument designed based on the ultraviolet absorption method for measuring COD. It is mainly used to monitor the amount of some organic matter in sewage. Compared with other chemical analysis instruments, there is no secondary pollution, the analysis time is short, and it can continuously and accurately measure the CODuv value in water online. The operating cost is extremely low, and there is no need for any reagents or sample pretreatment during operation. It can automatically compensate for sample turbidity, and the measurement process is accurate and reliable. The conversion coefficient can be adjusted at any time according to the on-site water quality. This instrument is controlled by an embedded industrial computer system to automatically collect water samples. After the water sample enters the colorimetric tube, the photoelectric colorimetric method is used to detect the voltage related to chromaticity, which is amplified by a signal amplifier and transmitted back to the industrial computer. After data processing, embedded industrial computers display CODuv concentration values and perform data storage, processing, and transmission. This instrument can be widely used for measuring the CODuv content in municipal sewage, industrial sewage, and surface water. The measurement results can be displayed using Special Absorption Coefficient (SAC) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (CODuv) values.
