1. The filter material is selected from domestic and imported laminated polyester non-woven fabric (which can be used for oil, water, static electricity, and flame retardant treatment), polyester long fiber filter paper, glass fiber filter material, etc. It adopts wide pleated folding technology to achieve uniform gaps

2. The two end caps of the filter cartridge are made of rust proof steel plates with a thickness of over 8mm and are stamped (not easily deformed). The bonding between the end caps and the filter material is made of special polyurethane foam adhesive (ensuring a tight and seamless connection between the end caps and the filter material)

3. Both the internal and external support and protection skeletons are made of perforated stainless steel plates with high strength of 5mm or more and good anti-corrosion performance. The strong support can prevent the filter cartridge from blowing, exploding, sucking, and collapsing
