The HS941X electric piston type flow and pressure regulating valve is a product developed by Shanghai Taike Valve Co., Ltd. based on the digestion and absorption of foreign technology. It has multiple functions such as flow control, pressure reduction and stabilization control, pressure relief and holding control, and energy dissipation.

Electric flow and pressure regulating valve is a speed regulating and pressure regulating valve developed based on the advanced experience of Germany and Japan, the summary of domestic design, manufacturing and practical experience, and the characteristics of fluid mechanics. It has been widely applied in fields such as power stations, water diversion, and water supply. The improved flow control valve of this series is not only applicable to clean water, but also has good tolerance to natural Rivers and Lakes water and light sewage. We have solved the problems of scaling, jamming, and oversized driving devices in flow control valves that have been present for many years, through the design structure and material selection.
Electric flow and pressure regulating valves are mainly used in pipeline systems with water as the medium, such as water plants, power plants, and water diversion projects, to regulate the flow rate, flow state, and pressure of pipeline media. The characteristics of electric flow and pressure regulating valve are that its structural design and material selection make it not afraid of sewage blocking the slide, scaling, and easy to get stuck compared to traditional flow regulating valves. The driving device has significantly decreased. This valve can automatically adjust the pre-set pipeline medium parameter values to maintain a constant accuracy within a certain range, and the accuracy range can also be adjusted. This valve has good resistance to cavitation, and the rib plate on the inner wall of the valve body also serves as a rectifier plate, which can disperse water flow and prevent cavitation. At the same time, it also reduces the noise of the valve and the vibration of the piston. The control system of this valve can use integrated electronic circuits, with small size, good reliability, high sensitivity, and easy installation and debugging. The fully closed leakage is zero and can be used as a shut-off valve. No need to install other shut-off valves. If the control degree and accuracy requirements are not very high, the control of this valve can be done manually or in ordinary electric form. It can be installed horizontally or vertically.

Product Structure Features
The electric piston type flow and pressure regulating valve consists of main components such as a front valve body, a rear valve body, a valve stem, a guide vane, and a sleeve. The flow guide made of stainless steel is fixed in the cavity of the rear valve body, and there are evenly distributed jet holes on its surface; The sleeve is fitted onto the guide vane and connected to the valve stem. The position of the sleeve is controlled by an external control component to regulate the valve's flow area. The external control components can be in various forms such as manual, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic according to the working conditions.
1. Valve body
The valve body includes a front valve body and a rear valve body, with axially symmetrical flow channels inside the rear valve body.
2. Diversion device
The guide vane is a key component of a multifunctional piston valve, with many waist shaped grooves on the wall. All waist shaped grooves are arranged according to certain combination rules based on the working conditions and medium conditions.
working principle
Electric piston type flow and pressure regulating valve-On the deflector, guide it through the deflector. The water flows in from outside the guide vane, passes through the jet holes on the guide vane to form multiple streams of water, and collides in the cavity of the valve body to achieve the effect of energy dissipation; Throttling occurs between the edge of the piston and the orifice of the guide vane. Due to the high water flow velocity inside the orifice, the material used for the guide vane is highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; At the same time, due to the collision occurring in the valve body flow channel, the impact of cavitation and erosion on the valve body is effectively reduced, and the service life of the valve is improved. The main sealing ring is located at the front end of the guide vane, and the piston is guided throughout the full stroke. When pushed through the main sealing ring to the fully closed position, the differential pressure before and after the valve forces the main sealing ring to tightly adhere to the outer wall of the sleeve to achieve truncation. The piston moves forward and backward in the guide vane through the guidance of the connecting rod, and the valve stem is driven by the crank and connecting rod. When the actuator drives the valve stem to rotate clockwise, the piston moves backward and opens the valve; When the actuator drives the valve stem to rotate counterclockwise, the piston moves forward and closes the valve.
Main technical features
Axial symmetrical flow channel: The valve body adopts an axial symmetrical flow channel, completely avoiding unnecessary flow direction changes and significantly reducing noise and turbulence trends.
Pressure balance: Due to the use of a pressure balance sleeve in the multifunctional conical valve, the axial force of the operating sleeve is independent of the pressure difference at both ends of the valve, so a smaller actuator can achieve fast action.
Good adjustment effect: Almost digital control, by changing the number of flow holes to achieve changes in the flow channel area, it has good linear adjustment characteristics.
