UJ11H internal thread plunger valve

Internal thread plunger valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, handwheel and other components. When the handwheel is rotated, the plunger is driven by the valve stem to reciprocate up and down between two sealing rings, completing the opening and closing of the valve. The internal thread plunger valve, due to the use of a new type of non-metallic material (PTFE) for the sealing ring, has the performance of withstanding long-term high temperature and high pressure without losing elasticity. The threaded plunger valve also has a large contact area between the plunger and the sealing ring. In addition, the mixed material performance of the sealing ring system is good, so the sealing is reliable and durable.

Internal thread plunger valves are suitable for pipelines in industries such as metallurgy, fire protection, chemical engineering, construction, fertilizer, and light industry, with a pressure range of 1.6-4.0Mpa, for media such as water, gas, and oil below 250 ℃.
