Hand cranked brush filter deviceworking principle
The filter is mainly composed of carbon steel or stainless steel casing, Johnson filter screen, water flow guide valve, electric control box, and sewage device. When the filter is working, the water flow guide valve is in the open state, and the water enters the filter through the inlet, passes through the filter screen, and flows into the outlet. This machine adopts time controlled automatic cleaning of the filter screen. When the filter time reaches the set value or the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal, the drain valve opens (the water flow guide valve is in the open state), and the magazine stuck on the inner wall of the filter screen is further flushed and discharged. When the water flow guide valve is in the fully closed state, the water flow is forced to enter the outer side of the filter screen from the inlet section mesh, and most of the clean liquid flows out from the outlet, while a part of the clean liquid enters the inside of the filter screen from the outside (because the system will be in a pressure relief state, the pressure inside the filter screen is lower than the outer pressure), thus flushing the filter screen. The Johnson net of the special equipment produces a spraying effect inside the filter screen, and any magazine is washed away from the smooth inner wall. After the set time of the filter timer expires, the electric drain valve closes and the water flow guide valve opens. Throughout the entire process, the materials did not stop flowing, achieving continuous and automated production.
