The handheld particle detector is equipped with a high-sensitivity laser sensor and a dynamic temperature and humidity compensation module, which can eliminate environmental interference and ensure data reliability under complex working conditions. Equipped with a color touch screen or OLED display screen, it intuitively displays concentration curves, AQI index, and health risk warnings.
Handheld particulate matter detector is a portable and high-precision on-site detection device designed for rapid measurement of PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10, and TSP (total suspended particulate matter) concentrations in the air. It is suitable for environmental law enforcement, industrial hygiene, indoor air assessment, and emergency monitoring scenarios. It adopts laser scattering method or light absorption principle, with a range covering 0.1~1000 μ g/m ³, measurement accuracy within ± 5%, and supports real-time data display and storage. The device is lightweight and easy to operate, with one hand holding it to complete sampling and quick feedback within 5 seconds
This device monitors the real-time information of workers' work location, duration, inhalable particulate matter concentration STEL, TWA, etc. according to labor hygiene requirements, and conducts data analysis and safety protection measures prompts. It can also be used as a mobile monitoring point for environmental pollution in the factory area, facilitating comprehensive and refined management of workplace hygiene conditions, labor conditions, production equipment leaks, protective measures effectiveness, and other situations. The supporting monitoring system software can be combined with the factory map to link with dust reduction equipment for rapid dust reduction and timely improvement of pollution exceeding standards. It can be widely applied in enterprise management, labor safety, digital production, emergency safety supervision, and other aspects.
Working Principle:
Mainly based on the principles of laser scattering or optics. When particles in the air pass through a laser beam, scattering occurs, and the intensity of the scattered light is proportional to the size and quantity of the particles. These scattered lights are captured by photodetectors and converted into electrical signals. After being processed by a microprocessor, the concentration or quantity of particulate matter in the air can be calculated.
