The fully lined rubber butterfly valve adopts a valve body lined with rubber and a valve plate covered with rubber, which can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as water, steam, oil, gas, mud, various corrosive media, liquid metal, and radioactive fluids. Butterfly valves use butterfly plates that rotate together with the valve stem as opening and closing components to achieve the opening, closing, and adjustment of the valve. In addition to being used for cutting and intercepting in pipelines, butterfly valves have been favored by the market in recent years for their sealing performance as the main evaluation indicator.
In addition, butterfly valves have the advantages of small volume, light weight, and simple structure. Compared with gate valves of the same parameters, the average weight reduction is 30-50%. The butterfly plate can be opened and closed by rotating 90 degrees. Moreover, due to the approximately equal force of the medium on both sides of the shaft and the opposite torque, the opening and closing torque is relatively small.
