Most of the valves in the pipeline network system are mainly used to cut off and regulate the medium. These valves account for a large proportion and have a high usage in the entire system, requiring them to be durable and cost-effective. At the same time, they should be able to regulate and load cut off the medium in the forward flow direction, and prevent the medium from flowing back during pressure difference changes or maintenance, that is, they should have a bidirectional cutting function. Recently, these valves are mainly used in pipeline systems, including globe valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, and ball valves. Globe valves and gate valves have good bidirectional shut-off function, good sealing performance and service life. However, globe valves are inherently limited by the structure of the globe valve, with a large appearance and high operating torque, making it impossible to produce large diameters. Currently, the market only offers sizes up to DN400; Gate valves do not have regulating functions, and there is a significant risk of gate detachment when used to regulate flow. Large diameter gate valves, with their large size and height, are also difficult to manufacture and transport. Compared with gate valves, butterfly valves have the characteristics of shorter opening and closing time, smaller operating torque, smaller installation space, and lighter weight. Some division of labor uses butterfly valves instead of gate valves. However, the sealing performance of butterfly valves has not always met market requirements. Except for the midline lined rubber butterfly valve, which can seal in both directions within a certain pressure range, other structures are basically unidirectional flow. The midline structure is limited by rubber and cannot be popularized. After improvement, bidirectional butterfly valves with stainless steel elastic sheet structures have appeared on the market, but their prices are high. At present, it is mainly used in pipelines with important media such as oil, natural gas, and coal gas, and is rarely used in general pipeline networks, especially in water systems.

At the beginning of closure, the expansion rate is greater than the forward rate, and at the end of closure, the forward rate is greater than the expansion rate. Characterized by eccentric hemispherical valve, globe valve, and wedge gate valve;
6. Its main structure is similar to a butterfly valve, with the characteristics of short structure and small volume of a butterfly valve, so it can manufacture large caliber, extra large caliber, and extra large caliber valves;
