1、 Product Introduction:
ZSHV-16KHard sealed pneumatic regulating V-shaped ball valveIt is a newly developed hard sealed and PTFE sealed regulating ball valve. It adopts a movable valve seat structure loaded by leaf springs, and there will be no jamming or detachment between the valve seat and the sphere, with reliable sealing and long service life. The V-shaped ball valve core is designed with a V-shaped notch with a special switch, which has high flow capacity, low pressure loss, and precise flow characteristics and control functions. The flow characteristics are approximately equal percentages. The opening and closing components adopt a V-shaped ball gap structure, which solves the problem of easy deposition of media in the valve chamber.
ZSHV-16KHard sealed pneumatic regulating V-shaped ball valveSuitable for various pipelines with Class 150-600, PN 1.6-10.0MPa, and working temperature ≤ 200 ℃, used to regulate the pressure and flow rate of the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, it can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc. Due to the seamless rotation between the valve core and valve seat, it has great shear force and self-cleaning performance, especially suitable for controlling suspensions and solid particles containing fibers or small solid particles. Therefore, this product can be widely used in the self-control systems of industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, papermaking, power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection.
2、 The parameters required for selecting V-shaped ball valves include:
1. Type of medium (gas, liquid, or vapor).
2. The density or specific gravity of the medium.
3. Pressure before and after the valve.
4. Flow and temperature.
The V-shaped regulating ball valve is powered by compressed air, with a cylinder as the actuator, and driven by accessories such as electrical valve positioners, converters, solenoid valves, and holding valves to achieve on/off or proportional regulation. It receives control signals from industrial automation control systems to adjust various process parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and temperature of pipeline media.

3、 Advantages:
1V-ball valveThe advantages include compact structure, small volume, and the ability to be installed vertically and horizontally.
2. Excellent regulating characteristics: The V-shaped ball valve has an approximately equal percentage inherent flow characteristic and an adjustable ratio of up to 300:1. Therefore, V-shaped valves can provide precise control over a wide range of variations.
3. Large flow capacity: Due to its streamlined shape and full right angle rotation control, the large volume is particularly high, the flow capacity is particularly large, and the flow resistance is small, so smaller and more economical valve sizes can be used.
4. The V-shaped ball valve adopts a double bearing structure, with high mechanical stability and low starting torque, ensuring that the valve has * sensitivity and sensing speed.
5. Great reliability (safety): The valve body is a single unit, sturdy and durable, and the operation is not affected by pipeline pressure, which can prevent valve body leakage.
6. Sealing performance of metal valve seat: The V-shaped ball valve adopts a movable metal valve seat, self compensating function, and has * sealing performance and ultra long service life. In terms of flow direction, the leakage rate is ≤ 10-6 times the rated flow coefficient.
7. The V-shaped ball valve adopts a metal hard seal structure. During the rotation of the V-shaped ball valve core and metal valve seat, a strong shear force is generated between the V-shaped notch and the valve seat to cut off impurities such as fibers, and it has self-cleaning function to avoid valve jamming.
8. Optional options include pneumatic, electric, and pneumatic/electric adjustable models produced by our company.
4、 Structure and working principle:


1.1 Structure:
V-shaped regulating ball valveIt consists of two parts: pneumatic piston actuator and V-shaped ball valve. Pneumatic piston actuator is divided into single acting and double acting types. The sealing forms of V-shaped ball valves are soft sealing and hard sealing.
1.2 Action principle:
a. When the pneumatic piston actuator is double acting:
The air source signal pressure output by the double acting locator is respectively input into the left and right chambers of the actuator piston. Due to the different air source pressures input into the left and right chambers of the piston, a pressure difference is formed, which drives the piston to move in a straight line. Through gear and rack transmission, the linear motion of the piston is converted into the rotational motion of the actuator spindle until the pressure in the left and right chambers is balanced and the motion stops. At the same time as the actuator rotates, it drives the valve stem and valve core to rotate, changing the flow area between the valve core and valve seat to achieve the purpose of regulation.
b. When the pneumatic piston actuator is single acting:
The gas signal pressure output by the single acting locator is input into the air chamber on the springless side of the actuator. Under the action of the difference between the thrust and spring force formed by the gas signal pressure acting on the piston, the cylinder piston moves linearly and is transmitted through gears and racks. Until the thrust generated by the gas signal pressure is balanced with the spring force, the motion stops. At the same time as the main shaft of the actuator rotates, it drives the valve stem and valve core to rotate, thereby changing the flow area between the valve core and valve seat to achieve the purpose of regulation.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep of V-shaped pneumatic ball valve:
1. Regularly inspect the pipeline for rust, welding slag, dirt, and dust.
2. Regularly check the support frame for heavy weight and vibration situations.
3. The gas source must not have any malfunctions.
4. The sealing gasket at the connection between the valve body and the upper valve cover should be replaced in a timely manner after prolonged use. To replace it, simply remove the upper valve cover and place a new sealing gasket;
5. If there is leakage in the packing box, the sealing packing should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing, the valve stem should be disconnected, the pressure plate and packing cover should be removed, and new packing can be installed;
6. Regular maintenance;
7. When parked for a long time, protective covers for connecting flanges should be installed, so all interfaces should be plugged with plastic plugs. When parking, ensure the overall verticality or horizontal position of the valve;
8. Do not support the valve in sensitive areas such as valves, joints, connections, etc.
