1、 Product Introduction:
Pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve has a large flow coefficient, high regulation accuracy, and stable operation. Pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve is a new type of regulating valve with advanced level in the 1980s. It is composed of a multi spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a top guided through low flow resistance single seat valve. It has a compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S-shaped fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and can be equipped with electric pneumatic valve positioning or pneumatic valve locator to achieve automatic adjustment and control of process pipeline fluid medium. It is widely used for precise control of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, liquid level, etc. of gas, liquid, steam and other media to maintain them at given values. It is a new generation of universal regulating valve products that comply with IEC standards.

Suitable for situations with strict requirements for leakage, low pressure difference before and after valves, and media with certain viscosity and low fiber content.

1. The gas shut-off valve consists of a positive acting actuator and a valve. When the input signal pressure changes from the lower limit value to the upper limit value, the valve switches from fully open to fully closed.
2. The pneumatic valve consists of a reaction actuator and a valve. When the input signal pressure changes from the lower limit value to the upper limit value, the valve switches from fully closed to fully open.

This product consists of a new type of pneumatic multi spring thin film actuator and a low flow resistance sleeve valve. Its features are as follows: 1. Adopting a balanced valve core, it has a small unbalanced force, allows for a large pressure difference, and operates stably. 2. The large guiding surface of the valve core can improve the vibration caused by eddy currents and impacts, and reduce damage. 3. Reduce noise by about 10dB compared to ordinary double seat regulating valves. 4. The structure is simple and easy to assemble, disassemble, and maintain.

5、 Structural classification:
ZJHM-100KPneumatic thin film high-pressure cage sleeve regulating valveThe internal structure is a pressure balanced regulating valve (balanced cage type), and the fluid channel of the valve body is S-shaped. There is no guiding wing to improve the smooth flow of liquid around the sleeve. The advantages are small compression loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, high accuracy of flow characteristic curve, good dynamic stability, low noise, and small cavitation corrosion. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring thin film actuator, which has a compact structure and high output force. Suitable for controlling high temperature and low temperature high-pressure fluids.

7、 The difference between pneumatic control valves and electric control valves:
1. The main advantages of pneumatic control valves and pneumatic actuators are:
Accept continuous gas signals and output linear displacement (after power on/gas conversion devices, continuous electrical signals can also be accepted), and some can output angular displacement when equipped with rocker arms. It has positive and negative functions. The movement speed is high, but the speed slows down when the load increases. The output force is related to the operating pressure. High reliability, but the valve cannot be maintained after the gas source is interrupted (it can be maintained after adding a protective valve). It is inconvenient to implement segmented control and program control. Easy maintenance and good adaptability to the environment. The output power is relatively high. It has explosion-proof function.
2. Advantages of electric control valve:
Valve electric actuators are mainly used in power plants or nuclear power plants because a smooth, stable, and slow process is required in high-pressure water systems. The main advantages of electric actuators are high stability and user applicable constant thrust. The thrust generated by large actuators can reach up to 225000kgf, and only hydraulic actuators can achieve such a large thrust. However, the cost of hydraulic actuators is much higher than that of electric actuators. The anti deviation ability of electric actuators is very good, and the output thrust or torque is basically constant, which can effectively overcome the unbalanced force of the medium and achieve accurate control of process parameters. Therefore, the control accuracy is higher than that of pneumatic actuators. If equipped with a servo amplifier, it is easy to achieve the exchange of positive and negative effects, and it is also easy to set the cut-off signal valve position state (hold/fully open/fully closed). In case of a fault, it must stay in its original position, which pneumatic actuators cannot do. Pneumatic actuators must rely on a combination protection system to achieve position protection.
