1. Typical applications

2. System Overview

When in use, the operator only needs to set the upper and lower limit deviation values of the inspected item, press the [Start] button, and the system will enter a fully automatic working state. Qualified products will pass, and unqualified products will stop and sound an alarm. Simultaneously display comprehensive information such as quantity, speed, weight, and product information on the human-machine interface. The machine is used for packaging inspection, achieving full product inspection before leaving the factory, while also achieving the effect of saving labor.

5. Workflow

A、 The operator sets the HI OK LO quantitative value (call);

B、 The operator presses the [Start] button;

C、 The conveyor starts running and sends the object to be inspected to the conveyor. The system automatically detects the entry of the object into the weighing platform, and after entering the weighing platform, the system automatically grasps the weight and determines the zone value of the weight;

D、 Qualified - directly passed;

E、 Unqualified - removed by the remover;

F、 A process is completed.
