1. The heat treatment industrial furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, lining, furnace door, trolley, regenerative combustion system, management and pressure control system, flame gas waste heat recovery system, PLC control system, computer system and other main parts. 2. The PLC control system of the heat treatment furnace controls the proportional linkage of gas, natural gas, and drum induced draft fan. The natural gas in the furnace is fully burned, and the waste heat recovery effect of the flame gas is good. The exhaust gas temperature is less than 100 ℃, and the energy-saving effect is good;

The sealing between the furnace car and the furnace lining adopts a refractory fiber sealing block electric push rod automatic compression structure. 5. The door of the high-temperature heat treatment furnace adopts a high aluminum full fiber refractory spinning blanket and steel composite frame structure, with an electric hoist for lifting and lowering. The sealing mechanism of the furnace door adopts a long and short lever spring type automatic pressing cam mechanism and a soft edge sealing device. Ensure frictionless up and down, effortless, safe and reliable. The chimney is equipped with automatic furnace pressure control, butterfly valves, etc., which can adjust the cooling speed.
6. High speed burner for heat treatment industrial furnace, evenly distributed on both sides, with continuous proportional adjustment for combustion. The actuator adjusts the size of the air volume, and the gas volume is adjusted through a proportional valve to achieve air-fuel ratio combustion. The gas and air volume have lower limit limits, and each burner is equipped with a control solenoid valve on the gas pipe. Each burner is equipped with an independent and complete combustion controller, which has automatic ignition, flame detection, fire alarm, and automatic gas cut-off. The stability and safety of the combustion temperature control system are good;
7. PLC intelligent control system, visual control of furnace temperature and pressure, heating and cooling according to the process curve, improves heating efficiency, and has a high degree of automation in operation.
