Submersible sewage pump can be installed in a movable or automatic coupling manner

Removable installation:The WQ submersible sewage pump can be installed on site with a flexible elbow hose, and the bottom of the pool is not fixed. Generally, the movable type is more commonly used for small water pumps.

Automatic coupling installation:

The WQ submersible sewage pump is suitable for long-term fixed use scenarios and has the advantages of quick installation, easy detection and maintenance. The system uses a specially designed base, fixed at the bottom of the sewage pit, connected to the outlet pipe, and a matching support block installed on the top of the pool. The two are connected by a guide rod, and the water pump is connected to a specific bracket. It slides down along the guide rod to reach the base and automatically couples with it. Sealed and automatically detached when lifted.

1.Before using the pump, carefully inspect whether the cables are damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or detached, and whether the pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation.

2.use500VThe megohmmeter should measure the insulation resistance between the same and relative ground of the electric pump motor, and the value should not be less than2Megaohms, otherwise the motor stator winding should be dried, and the drying temperature should not exceed120℃。

3.There are two types of installation for this series of pumps: fixed and mobile. When using fixed automatic installation, the chain cables should be threaded separately(Deviation from the pump outlet, its connecting line should be parallel to the pump outlet)Lift the electric pump up and down using two lifting ring screws or lifting plates. Slowly and evenly slide down along the guide rail until it automatically couples into place. When using mobile installation, first cover the hose and thread the chain rope into two lifting rings to lift the electric pump up and down. Be careful not to use the cable as a rope to avoid danger.

4.The rotation direction of the pump after connection is counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet. If the electric pump is reversed, simply swap any two wires in the cable to adjust the wiring position.

5.The grounding wire of the casing of the electric pump must be strictly connected according to relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use, it is strictly prohibited to install, work in the water, or move the electric pump nearby during operation, just in case of electric pump leakage and accidents.

6.Electric pumps must be equipped with a fully automatic water pump control cabinet unless there are special circumstances. Do not directly connect to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect the power supply to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump.

7.Do not operate the electric pump in a low head state for a long time (generally using a head not lower than the rated head)60%)，compareIt is recommended to keep the head within the recommended range to prevent the electric pump from burning out the motor due to overload.

8.Pumps without self circulating cooling devices are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the water surface for long-term operation to prevent overheating and damage to the electric pump.
