The Heraeus Temperature Probe POSITHERM is a disposable immersion thermocouple probe specifically designed for the metallurgical industry under the Heraeus Electric Measurement Knight. Product Details

Thermocouples are used for direct and accurate measurement of liquid metals. This method is simple and effective, with low testing costs and short immersion time during measurement, usually 5 seconds. The POSITHERM temperature probe is an integral unit and no further preparation is required before measurement. Just insert the probe into the measuring gun and connect it tightly with the connector. Connect the measuring gun to the thermometer through corresponding compensation cables.

Heraeus Electric Measurement Knight Company has all specifications of temperature measuring thermocouples, with models including Pt10% RhPt, Pt3% RhPt, and Pt30% Pt6/RH. The calibration of the thermocouple is in accordance with IEC584-1, NBS, JIS1981, and AENOR standards, and uses the IPTS68 temperature scale.
