1If the user has special requirements for the product, the following instructions must be provided in the order contract: AStructural length BConnection form C, nominal diameter, full bore diameter, reduced diameter, pipeline size D, operating medium and temperature, pressure range E, testing and inspection standards, and other requirements.

1Product quality commitment: All types of valves provided by our factory are in accordance with GB standards、JB、 SH, HG, CJ and other relevant domestic standards, as well as ANSI, JIS, BS, DIN and other foreign industry standards, are designed, manufactured, inspected and accepted, and can be smelted and manufactured according to special user requirements.

2When the user provides the determined valve type and model, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition of mutual understanding between the supply and demand parties. Our company can configure various electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromagnetic drive devices according to specific customer requirements.

2Product supply commitment: We guarantee to provide brand new and defect free products, as well as relevant drawings and other technical documents related to the products. 3Futures and ordering users are requested to first call and provide detailed information on the required valve model, specifications, quantity, delivery time, and location, and first pay 30% of the total amountThe advance payment or full payment shall be promptly remitted to our company account, and the remaining payment shall be remitted before shipment in order to arrange for timely delivery.

3After sales service commitment: Our factory's product warranty period is 12 days from the date of leaving the factoryOne month, implement“Three guarantees "service (including return, replacement, and repair).
