Pneumatic UPVC ball valve body material is hygienic, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and has a wide range of applications, such as pipeline systems for pure water and drinking water, drainage and sewage pipeline systems, saltwater and seawater pipeline systems, acid-base and chemical solution systems, and many other industries.
Pneumatic plastic ball valve product features:
1. The pneumatic plastic ball valve adopts a bidirectional dual actuator structure, which can be used simultaneously as an actuator and a valve. The ball valve can be closed and the actuator can be removed for later engineering maintenance without stopping the equipment pipeline in the front section.
2. The pneumatic plastic ball valve body has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. It is equipped with an FPM or EPDM "O" ring at the end, and when used with a PTFE gasket, it can prevent corrosion from most chemicals.
3. The tightness of the cushion seat can be adjusted moderately. The pipe wall is clean and smooth, with minimal frictional resistance and adhesion when transporting fluids.
4. The flame retardant performance of pneumatic plastic ball valves is self extinguishing. Low thermal conductivity, about 1/200 of steel. Lightweight, equivalent to 1/5 of steel pipes and 1/6 of copper pipes.
5. The heavy ion content in the medium reaches the standard of ultrapure water, and the hygiene indicators meet the requirements of national hygiene standards.
6. Excellent aging resistance and UV resistance greatly extend the normal service life compared to other pipeline systems.
