Main features
lSmall equipment footprint: Under the same dust removal efficiency conditions, compared with side vibration type electrostatic precipitators of the same specifications and total effective electric field length, each electric field can save about 1 meter of shell length, and an average electrostatic precipitator can save more than 20% of the footprint. Very beneficial for the renovation of old electrostatic precipitators with limited space;
lLow energy consumption: Compared with similar products, the total power consumption can be reduced by more than 20% under the same design conditions of the electrostatic precipitator. By using new energy-saving control software, energy savings of over 60% can be achieved while ensuring the same dust removal efficiency;
lHigh dust collection performance: adopting new technologies such as electromechanical multi compound dual zone technology, high frequency, power-off vibration, etc., can achieve extremely low emission requirements;
lSmall maintenance workload: The anode cathode vibration cleaning device is designed and arranged at the top of the dust collector, with no moving parts in the smoke and dust. It operates safely and reliably, can be maintained online, and is easy to manage;

lContinuous line: The electromagnetic hammer at the top of the cathode vibrates without any shear force on the cathode wire, which can eliminate the problem of wire breakage and ensure the long-term normal and reliable operation of the equipment.
