We have undertaken 58 national, provincial, and ministerial level projects, including the 863 Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology. We have led and participated in the formulation and revision of 65 national and industry standards. Our research achievements have been authorized for over 200 projects, recognized as national key new products for 13 projects, and won 41 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress (new product) awards. The "Longjing" brand electrostatic precipitator has been awarded the title of "China Product" and enjoys high recognition and credibility in the environmental protection industry both domestically and internationally.

Key Features:

Adopting an uninterrupted rotating pulse cleaning method reduces the number of pulse valves and lowers maintenance workload;

Low blowing pressure is beneficial for extending the lifespan of filter bags, and the energy consumption of the gas source is lower and more energy-efficient;

Adopting elliptical filter bags, occupying less space, and convenient for layout;

Adopting a specially designed multi section self-locking bag cage, which facilitates the replacement of filter bags;

It is currently one of the most efficient dust removal methods with the smallest footprint, with multiple air intake methods and flexible on-site layout.

Process flow:

The raw flue gas that comes out of the boiler (or needs to be treated) enters the inlet flue of the dust collector, and is evenly distributed into each filtering unit, thus forming several independent bag dust removal chambers. The filtered clean flue gas converges with the outlet flue and is discharged outside. An internal bypass device can be installed between the inlet flue and the outlet flue as needed.
