After passing through a release device, the pressure of the dissolved water is reduced to zero or negative pressure, and the air dissolved in the water is released from the water, forming microbubbles with a particle size of 20-50 μ m. The microbubbles combine with suspended solids in the sewage, and some microbubbles directly grow in the suspended solids, reducing the specific gravity of the suspended solids in the sewage until they float to the surface of the water body; A large amount of slag is formed, and a chain scraper is installed on the air flotation tank to remove the floating slag; The clean water at the bottom of the air flotation tank, after entering the air flotation clean water tank through the clean water supply pipe, can be directly discharged outward or enter the subsequent treatment equipment, except for some as reflux dissolved air water.

If it comes into direct contact with dissolved air water, it will dissipate small bubbles, affect the adhesion of bubbles to flocs, and thus reduce the efficiency of air flotation treatment. If a stable flow chamber is added, the kinetic energy of turbulent raw water will be consumed, and it will enter the dissolved air water release chamber at a uniform speed, effectively ensuring the removal effect. If the floating surface in the contact area is uneven, large bubbles will appear locally, or the water flow is unstable, the release device should be removed to eliminate blockage; The uneven surface of the floating slag in the separation zone and the common occurrence of large bubbles bursting on the pool surface indicate poor adhesion between bubbles and flocs. The well should be inspected to adjust the coagulation system; Unqualified effluent is returned to the collection well, while qualified effluent enters the subsequent treatment system.
