Isolate the external environment to ensure oxygen deficiency in the main combustion chamber, i.e. no air leakage, providing basic guarantee for the orderly operation of the main combustion chamber. The hard pressed seals around the door are vulnerable parts and should be replaced according to the frequency of use.

We will place the items (hanging workpieces) that need to be peeled off and decomposed on the trolley in the main decomposition chamber. In the main decomposition chamber, they will be heated by a combustion engine. Here, we will isolate the flame of the combustion engine (using a ventilated refractory furnace to isolate the flame, only outputting heat), so that the organic coating on the surface of the workpiece gradually decomposes into gas (black smoke decomposition products). This process needs to be controlled at all times to ensure the speed and concentration of decomposition products, so as to ensure that the gas can be processed when entering the secondary combustion chamber. When the gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, it is subjected to high-temperature treatment by a secondary combustion engine (in an environment of about 600-900 ℃), and the supplementary oxygen combustion mainly generates carbon dioxide and water vapor emissions. The two sets of thermal systems included are independent systems, both of which are automatically controlled by an electronic control system to regulate the temperature and atmosphere inside the furnace. The entire process is controlled by a program to automatically control the water spray system, strictly controlling the decomposition rate and concentration. After the equipment automatically shuts down, only powdery inorganic substances that are not affected by temperature remain on the workpieces in the furnace, some of which fall into the bottom of the furnace, and a small amount of the remaining only needs to be lightly tapped or rinsed with a water gun.
